The De Jurè Ahmi Foundation, Inc. is a faith-based humanitarian nonprofit corporation formally registered in the State of Georgia, United States of America. Founded and led by Ajahanna — an internationally recognized entrepreneur, honors law student, certified human rights consultant, award-winning actress, legislative author, and humanitarian — the Foundation was established on a divine mandate: to serve the underserved, protect the vulnerable, restore the broken, and build systems that the world's most forgotten people can finally rely on.
This Foundation does not choose between causes. It answers every call. From children displaced by war, to mothers recovering from addiction, to horses starving in fields, to young women aging out of foster care with nowhere to go — every life has value, every situation has a solution, and every person who has been abandoned deserves to know that someone is coming.

Mission & Core Values
"To serve as instruments of restoration and justice — meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, educational, and social needs of individuals, families, children, and animals in crisis through faith-led action, compassionate programming, legislative courage, and unwavering humanitarian commitment."
All work flows from Christian faith — service is sacred.
Every human being and every animal carries inherent God-given worth.
We advocate boldly — legislatively, institutionally, culturally, and internationally.
We do not simply provide relief. We rebuild lives, identities, and futures.
We name what others will not: femicide, trafficking, genocide, addiction, abuse.
Full transparency in operations, governance, and stewardship.
Holistic, locally rooted, globally minded solutions built on the power of village.
Every program is built on empathy — for the child, the survivor, the forgotten.
We build for generations, not quarters.

Legislative Authorship
Author or co-author of eight pieces of model legislation in Georgia addressing wages, child protection, sexually violent predators, elderly business protection, and survivor justice.
"We exist not merely to serve the present moment — but to shift the trajectory of generations. Every child protected. Every woman restored. Every survivor seen. Every life rebuilt."
Programs & Initiatives
Every program exists for one reason: the people. The Foundation believes that a person's beginning does not determine their end — and that with the right support, every individual can emerge from even the most devastating circumstances with purpose and a future worth living.
Teaching youth the mechanics of the stock market, day trading fundamentals, and the mindset of a builder — closing the wealth gap starting at age 12. Students earn a Foundation Certificate upon completion.
Acting, musical theater, photography, painting, film, costume design, and stage construction. Flowing directly from the Founder's own life as an award-winning actress — art gives children a stage when the world wants them invisible.
Equipping youth with certified, marketable skills — construction, HVAC, solar installation, plumbing, automotive mechanics, accounting, forklift operation, and healthcare support roles — before they leave the Foundation's care.
From Friday evening through Sunday, children are placed into a world designed for wonder, rest, creativity, and growth. Each weekend themed around a different culture or region of the world. Free of charge to all participants.
Approximately 90,000 adolescents are diagnosed with cancer annually — falling between childhood and adult care systems. The Foundation provides peer support, educational continuity, and survivor programming.
A replicable, solar-powered, state-by-state model for transforming homelessness into housing — one land acquisition at a time. Energy independent, low-cost, environmentally sustainable.
Coordinating rescue, intake, rehabilitation, and rehoming across state lines. Large-scale sanctuary with barns and pasture land, veterinary partnerships, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and a national hay & feed drive.
Led by a Certified Human Rights Consultant. Responding to documented Christian genocide in Nigeria's Middle Belt region. Project Safe Ground: a 20-acre international safe community for displaced Nigerian Christians.

Legislative Initiatives
The De Jurè Ahmi Foundation, Inc. authors original legislation targeting systemic gaps in justice. Each Act is grounded in real cases, real victims, and the unwavering conviction that the law must evolve to protect those it has failed.
Written for every victim whose perpetrator faced no accountability for the death they caused.
Establishing criminal accountability where sexual assault by a trusted person is the proximate cause of a victim's death by suicide or self-harm. This Act addresses cases in which a minor or young adult is sexually assaulted by a parent, family member, or other person in a position of trust, and dies by suicide or suffers serious self-harm as the direct and foreseeable result of the trauma — yet the perpetrator faces no accountability for that death.
Written for every victim whose voice was silenced twice — once by their attacker, and again by a justice system that required them to speak from beyond the grave.
Ensuring DNA, forensic, and digital evidence remain legally sufficient to prosecute sexual assault even where the victim has died. This Act addresses a recurring and devastating gap in the law: cases where a victim dies — including by suicide — before their case proceeds to trial, and prosecutors decline to proceed citing the absence of a living witness, despite confirmed DNA evidence, medical records, or other corroborating proof.
Written for every parent and guardian who has stood at this threshold — regardless of name, state, or circumstance.
Recognizing the co-parent or guardian of a sexually assaulted child as a secondary victim, and establishing civil and criminal standing for the harm of losing a child to trauma-induced death or permanent personality destruction. This Act addresses a category of harm that current law does not recognize — the devastation experienced by a parent or guardian when their child is sexually assaulted by another parent, guardian, or close family member.
